Funds can only be withdrawn at maturity of your investment term.
However, in circumstances of hardship at Responsible Entity’s discretion you may be able to withdraw your funds prior to the maturity of the investment term.

The minimum commitment is $20,000 over an investment term of 3 months.

Use of Funds
Funds received by the Trust are lent to a Maxiron company that makes commercial loans secured by mainly second mortgages over Australian real estate diversified into different borrower groups, states or class of real estate.
Independent Oversight
Maxiron Monthly Income Trust is an Australian registered mortgage scheme (ARSN 618 038 609) with Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) since 29 March 2017.
The Trust is externally audited annually. The Trust’s money is held by custodian Sandhurst Trustees Limited. The money is lent to a Maxiron Company which makes commercial loans. The loans this company makes are the subject of monthly review by representatives of Primary Securities LTD.

Due to the overwhelming popularity of our products, a monthly investment limit has been implemented Investments are currently accepted on a 1st in 1st serve basis, and once the limit is reached, the excess would be deferred to the next month for allotment.
